- The Midwest Adoption Center offers free adoption counseling.
- The Adoption Preservation Program of Metropolitan Family Services offers post-adoption counseling services free of charge by licensed professionals who understand the dynamics of a family created by adoption, whether domestic, international, or relative adoption.
